The applicant is proposing to change the official plan to replace a planned local road with a pedestrian walkway and municipal easement to facilitate a two-phase mixed use high rise development consisting of five (5) towers.
NOTE: This application was appealed by the applicant to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) on August 16, 2022. A hearing date has not yet been scheduled, but a second pre-hearing conference is to be scheduled for May 2023.
