Join City staff and dignitaries on Tuesday, April 16 for an announcement about the 2021 Ontario Parasport Games. At the same time, watch local high school students participate in a Try-It Day, experiencing parasports such as goalball or sitting volleyball at Paramount Fine Foods Centre.

Background on Ontario Parasport Games

The Ontario Parasport Games program began in 1975. The annual Games welcome Ontario’s best para-athletes to compete at the provincial level in sports such as archery, goalball, sitting volleyball and wheelchair basketball. The Parasport Games are supported by the Government of Ontario, Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport (MTCS) through Games Ontario.
