The City of Mississauga’s spring intake of grant applications is now open. Interested applicants can apply for the Small Projects Matching Grant, which opened on Wednesday, March 15 and the Live Music Grant, which opens on Monday, April 3.
Small Projects Matching Grant Program
This not-for-profit grant supports eligible projects that will strengthen neighbourhoods, increase resident engagement and enhance opportunities for Mississauga residents to participate in events and activities at the neighbourhood level.
Live Music Grant Program
This for-profit grant provides funding to offset the eligible expenses associated with the presentation of safe and inclusive live music events to Mississauga residents and visitors. The program stems from the City’s Music Strategy and is designed to help increase the number and frequency of live music events in Mississauga.
Those interested in applying must attend a virtual information session in advance unless they have been previously awarded funding from the City within the last two years.
All grant applications must be submitted online at mississauga.ca/grants. The deadline for the Small Projects Matching Grant is Friday, April 14, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. and the deadline for the Live Music Grant, is Monday, May 1, 2023 at 4:30 p.m.
For more details, please review the application guidelines. To register for any of the virtual sessions, please email email@example.com with the date and time of the session you wish to attend.
Stay tuned for more application grant opportunities and virtual sessions coming in fall 2023.
