Call for Participants and Venues: Culture Days and Doors Open Mississauga

The City of Mississauga is calling all local artists, community and cultural groups and businesses to take part in Culture Days on September 26 to 28 and Doors Open on September 27. From Port Credit to Malton, Meadowvale to Dixie – Culture Days and Doors Open is a great opportunity to build new relationships, develop community connections, enhance visitors’ knowledge and showcase Mississauga’s impressive history, culture, architecture and heritage.

An information session will be held on May 29 for interested groups wanting to participate in Mississauga’s Culture Days/ Doors Open this year.

Culture Days: September 26 to 28, 2014
Now in its fifth year, Culture Days is an opportunity to engage people of all ages through arts and culture.  The event will feature free, hands-on, interactive activities for the public and a behind the scenes look into the world of artists, creators, historians, architects, curators and designers within their community. Doors Open: September 27, 2014
Doors Open Ontario is a province-wide celebration of community heritage.
