Calling all Candidates!

Are you thinking about running for a seat on Mississauga’s City Council or on one of our local school boards in the October 27, 2014 municipal election?   Everything you need to know about being a candidate in Mississauga is now available.

Mississauga’s Office of the City Clerk has a package of basic information and educational materials about being a municipal election candidate.  The package also includes nomination forms.  These are the forms you need to fill out and file with the City if you decide to officially declare yourself a candidate.  The nomination period runs from January 2 to September 12, 2014.
