City of Mississauga Presents: Small Business Month

Business and innovation | October 4, 2018

October is Small Business Month – an opportunity for us to celebrate over 94,000 small businesses in Mississauga. What better way to celebrate our local businesses than featuring one of Mississauga’s Small Business Champions: Rebecca Manankil, Lead Planner and Owner of Presents and Presence Events.

Manankil graduated from George Brown College. She became a well-recognized planning and events specialist whose work has been featured on various stages including: Toronto Men’s Fashion Week, Fashion Art Toronto Week and Montreal Fashion Week. Join her in action, as she shares fall event decor ideas and how she realized her business dream with the help of the Mississauga Business Enterprise Centre (MBEC).
