FlingGolf at BraeBen Golf Course – first course in the GTA!

Mississauga’s BraeBen golf course is offering a unique twist on the game of Golf at its 9-Hole Academy Course. BraeBen is the first golf course in the GTA to offer FlingGolf.

FlingGolf is a unique sport that is perfect for individual or group play.  FlingGolf is played with a FlingGolf Stick and a golf ball on a standard golf course with no modifications made to the course. The golf ball is flung using the FlingStick from the tee blocks with a goal of reaching the hole in the fewest shots possible.

FlingGolf follows the same rules as a normal golf game; however, instead of using golf clubs to hit the ball, players use a FlingGolf stick to throw a golf ball around a regulation-sized golf course. Players then use the FlingGolf stick to putt into a hole. The objective is to sink a golf ball into the hole in as few shots as possible.

Booking at BraeBen

• Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance.
• Nine holes of FlingGolf at the Academy at BraeBen costs $10 for juniors (18 years and under), $10 for seniors (60 years and older) and $15 for adults. Family rates are also available for both FlingGolf and FootGolf.
• FlingGolf Sticks are available for rent for $3.
• Dress code: collared golf shirt, golf pants, capris or shorts
