As part of the Do Your Homework | A Tribute to Hazel McCallion exhibition, the City’s longest-standing mayor will share leadership lessons learned from building the sixth largest city in Canada during a one-night-only public event on Wednesday, April 12.
The Do Your Homework exhibit presented by the Museums of Mississauga is part of the City’s Canada 150 celebrations. It will highlight the life and times of Hazel McCallion and will include art work from members of the public, items from the Museums of Mississauga collection and mementoes donated by Hazel McCallion.
During the opening reception, McCallion will sit down for an informal ‘In Conversation’ event moderated by Mayor Crombie. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and will have the opportunity to ask questions.
