Hoping for early spring at Groundhog Day Marathon

Back by popular demand, Mississauga Celebration Square is hosting its fourth annual Groundhog Day Marathon on Monday, February 2, 2015.

After the groundhog predicts either another six weeks of winter or early spring, warm up to the 1993 movie classic ‘Groundhog Day’ on the Square’s outdoor digital screens. The film will run every two hours between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Pay homage to the beloved weather-predicting groundhog and the comic genius of Bill Murray while skating on the Square’s outdoor ice rink.  Ice skates are available for rent.
