It’s time to get moving! Head out to Mississauga Celebration Square on June 14 for a special Fresh Air Fitness class, featuring activities for all ages and abilities including yoga, Socasize and Zumba. In honour of Canada’s 150th birthday, the class will also feature the ParticipACTION 150 Play List – a list of 150 activities that encourages Canadians to be more active.
“The City has a long tradition of promoting the positive benefits of physical activity through sports, fitness and recreational activities like Fresh Air Fitness,” said Shari Lichterman, Director, Recreation. “We’re excited to welcome the ParticipACTION team to Mississauga to join us for our Fresh Air Fitness class. Together, we look forward to encouraging residents to get moving.”
