Media Briefing Invitation – Stormwater Charge Report

Media are invited to General Committee on May 20, 2015 to hear City Council’s discussion on the stormwater charge report presented by staff. A media briefing will be held immediately after the meeting.

What:
Media briefing on the stormwater charge report: Stormwater Charge Implementation Update, which includes information on:
• Program development updates
• Corporate policies and procedures
• By-law to establish the stormwater fee and charge
• Communication strategy to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the new charge, why it is needed, what the benefits are and how the charge will affect them
