New Meadowvale Theatre Season Features City’s Dance Students

Entertainment and activities | October 5, 2015

Local stars will shine in the Meadowvale Theatre Presents 2015/2016 season as Culture Division’s Dance Students take the stage alongside top entertainers in featured performances.

Culture Division’s Dance Students will be included in two of the featured presentations at the theatre. The Christmas Spectacular featuring Michael Ciufo includes a special collaboration with the Culture Division Dance Pak and the Amanda Martinez Live in Concert features a special opening performance by students of the Culture Division’s Recital Dance Camp.

“Including students in these presentations provides them with an educational and fun opportunity to work with professional artists in a professional show,” said Roselyn Brown, Manager, Performing Arts, Meadowvale Theatre. “The collaboration connects our dancers with the community and theatre goers with the performance.”

The Meadowvale Theater Presents 2015/2016 season kicks off on October 8 with Amanda Martinez Live in Concert and continues through the Fall with the Sultans of String CD release performance and the dramatic presentation of ‘Through the Eyes of a Friend: The World of Anne Frank.’

A complete list of the 2015/2016 performances can be found on the Meadowvale Theatre web page.
