Museums of Mississauga and Parks, Forestry and Environment have teamed up to launch a new outdoor exhibit: We Are Resilient. The installation explores climate change and will travel across Mississauga throughout the next year.
Inspired by the City of Mississauga’s Climate Change Action Plan, the exhibit features photography and stories from Mississauga residents and includes perspectives from international leaders on the impacts of the changing climate. It explores how everyone can respond and recover together as a community.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to participate in the launch of this new exhibit at Community Common Park on Friday, September 16. The opening event will feature a live, interactive drumming performance by Rhythm Works, giveaways, an electric vehicle test drive and more!
