Take the Lead – Be a Responsible Pet Owner Campaign Begins June 24

There’s more to walking your dog than you may know. Mississauga Animal Services will be at Community Common Park on Saturday, June 24 to start their Take the lead – be a responsible pet owner campaign.

This campaign addresses three areas of being a responsible pet owner including pet licences, stoop and scoop and leashing. Community Common Park in Mississauga’s downtown core will be host for the start of this campaign which will continue throughout the summer and early fall in City parks.

Who:

Residents, dog owners or anyone interested in an interactive morning of fun with Mississauga Animal Services; Ward 4 Councillor, John Kovac; and Dogtopia.

The morning will include training tips, quizzes, giveaways and a contest to win a spa day for your dog at Dogtopia.
