Municipal Election | October 12, 2022
Advance Polls for Mississauga’s 2022 Municipal Election continue this Thursday, October 13 through Sunday, October 16 at 22 polling locations across the City.
1,642 voters already cast their ballots from October 7 to 9 at City Hall. Advance polling will reopen October 13 and 14 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., and October 15 and 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eligible voters can vote at any advance polling location in the city.
As Election Day falls on the same day as Diwali in 2022, The City is encouraging those who celebrate to take advantage of the opportunity to vote early during advance polling to ensure the election does not interrupt celebrations on the 24th.
Voters are encouraged to bring their Voter Notification Letter or register to vote online to make voting even quicker. To receive a ballot, eligible voters must bring acceptable identification that includes their name and address.
Information about advance polling locations is available online at MississaugaVotes.ca.
