CD.03-DOW – Downtown Fairview, Cooksville and Hospital Policy Review

To consider changes to the Mississauga Official Plan for the Downtown Fairview,
Cooksville and Hospital Character Areas. The purpose of this Amendment is to revise
official plan policies to include, among other matters, a new vision and guiding principles, urban form, road and pedestrian connections and other land use and building height policies that provide for transitsupportive development.
New built form standards are proposed to include, among other matters, setbacks and
podium conditions to achieve a main street character.
