To consider changes to Mississauga Official Plan that will implement the modified recommendations of the Reimagining the Mall Directions. Report adopted by Council on June 19, 2019. The purpose of this Amendment is to revise policies primarily related to the City’s mall-based nodes (Central Erin Mills, Malton, Meadowvale, Rathwood-Applewood, Sheridan and South Common) including items such as maximum building heights and densities, maintenance of retail function, affordable housing, block sizes, development master plans and sustainability.
