To enact a temporary use by-law to permit outdoor retail sales and display and outdoor recreational and entertainment establishments in certain Commercial, Employment, Open Space, Parkway Belt, Downtown Core zones throughout the City, notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law 0225-2007. The by-law will expire on Dec. 31, 2021.
