Diversity and Inclusion Survey Results Report

Between October 15 and November 22, 2020, the City of Mississauga conducted its first ever Diversity and Inclusion Survey to employees.

Anonymity was guaranteed, assuring the responses would only be reported at an aggregate level, and would not be used to identify any individual employee.

The data collected will be used to help identify priorities for improving workplace inclusion through policy development; recruitment, hiring, succession planning and retention; creating programs and initiatives and further refining our organizational learning plans from an equity, diversity and inclusion perspective.
