EC.19.GRE – Update to the Green Development Standards

The City is updating their current Green Development Standards (GDS). The GDS update will implement a framework of mandatory and voluntary metrics to ensure new private buildings are more resilient, energy-efficient and sustainable. This will help the City achieve the goals of the Climate Change Action Plan, reduce our greenhouse gas
emissions and assist in becoming a net-zero community.
