Housing Needs Assessment

The City has completed a Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) study to help identify current and future housing needs and address housing gaps in the current and projected housing supply.

The HNA is a key tool in qualifying for the renewal of the Federal Housing Accelerator Fund, the Canada Community-Building Fund, the Canada Public Transit Fund and the Canada Housing Infrastructure Fund.
