To change the official plan and zoning to permit six condominium apartment buildings with heights of 19, 24, 25, 35, 35 and 37 storeys which will contain 2,421 condominium apartment units and retail and office uses, 16 three storey condominium townhomes, public park, and public and condominium roads.
There is also a request to approve a proposed Plan of Subdivision.
