The applicant is proposing to change the official plan and zoning to permit three apartments, 34, 32 and 28 storeys containing 1,332 dwelling units and 1,945 m2 (20,935.8 ft2) of ground floor commercial uses.
NOTE: These applications were appealed by the applicant to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) on September 12, 2022. A case management conference has been scheduled for March 22, 2023.
