The proposed building steps up from 8 storeys at the intersection of Dundas and Parkerhill Road to 14 storeys adjacent to Mary Fix Creek. The proposed building also steps down from Dundas Street West to 4 storeys adjacent to the existing dwellings along Parkerhill Road. Driveway access is proposed from Parkerhill Road.
