OZ19/018 W10 and T-M19006 W10 – 5150 Ninth Line

To change the zoning to permit 122 townhomes (15 street townhomes, 16 dual frontage townhomes, 26 back to back townhomes, and 65 condominium
townhomes) on condominium roads and a new public road from Ninth Line.

There is also a request to approve a proposed Plan of Subdivision for five residential blocks, a woodlot buffer block, and the proposed public road.
