Where interments take place

Interments currently take place at these cemeteries:

  • Streetsville Public Cemetery
  • Erindale Cosmopolitan Cemetery
  • Britannia Cemetery
  • Eden Cemetery (on previously sold lots)
  • Moore’s Cemetery (on previously sold lots)
  • Streetsville Memorial (columbarium niches)
  • Dixie Union Cemetery (previously sold lots)

Interment options

The interment options at those cemeteries may include:

  • Adult single depth, full body burial
  • Adult double depth, full body burial (vault is required)
  • Infant burials or child burials, full body burial or cremated remains
  • Cremated burials including in-ground and in columbarium niche, cremated remains
  • Scattering garden, cremated remains

The number of interments are determined by type of interment rights purchased.

  • Grave space for two full body burials
  • One full body burial at single depth
  • One full body burial at double depth
  • Up to eight cremations
  • Two full body burials at single depth
  • Two full body burials at double depth
  • Up to 16 cremations
  • One full body burial at single depth
  • One full body burial at double depth
  • Up to eight cremations
