Exemption From Part Lot Control Application
The exemption from part-lot control provisions of the Planning Act allow a municipality to pass By-laws to remove part-lot control from all or any part of a registered plan of subdivision. Exemption from part-lot control is used to facilitate the creation of technical serverances for properties that were the subject of a previous public meeting process, such as semi-detached and townhouse lots, and the creation of vacant non-residential lots.
