Several bus routes will have more frequent service, while others will be on temporary detour due to construction.
Some popular bus routes will have more frequent service to meet customer demand. Other routes will be on temporary detour due to construction and there will be bus stop relocations at Bramalea GO station and Islington Subway station.
More frequent service on Routes 7, 26, 61, 103, 108 and 109
Due to increased customer demand, the following routes will have more frequent service.
- 7 Airport: This route will have more frequent service on Saturdays and Sundays during the morning, afternoon and evening periods.
- 26 Burnhamthorpe: This route will have more frequent service on weekdays during the morning peak, midday and evening peak periods.
- 61 Mavis: This route will have more frequent service on Saturdays during the afternoon and evening periods.
- 103 Hurontario Express: This route will have more frequent service on weekdays during the morning peak and evening peak periods.
- 108 Financial Express: This route will have more frequent service on weekdays during the morning and evening peak periods.
- 109 Meadowvale Express: This route will have more frequent service on weekdays during the morning peak, midday and evening peak periods.
Temporary detours on Routes 17, 28, 36 and 103
Due to construction, the routes below will be on a temporary detour until the construction work is completed. Visit the Service Updates webpage for information about all current detours.
Bus stop relocations at Bramalea GO station and Islington subway Station
- Bramalea GO station: Route 51 Tomken will no longer service the on-street stop on Steeles Avenue at Bramalea Road (stop #6020). This route will instead service Bramalea GO Station at Platform 12.
- Islington Subway station: Due to major construction at the station, the on-street stop for Route 26 Burnhamthorpe at Islington Avenue at Bloor Street West (stop #9000) will be moved to a new location along Bloor Street.

Schedule adjustments will be made on the routes below to improve service reliability as traffic and ridership patterns continue to evolve throughout Mississauga.

- 16 Malton (weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
- 45 Winston Churchill (Saturdays and Sundays)
- 61 Mavis (weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays)

- 108 Financial Express (weekdays)
- 109 Meadowvale Express (weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
