Customer demand drives service to support post-secondary students and general commuters between Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area.

Serving one of Mississauga’s busiest travel corridors, Route 110 University Express will run more often starting September 7 between City Centre Transit Terminal and Clarkson GO Station. As part of this change, Route 110A University Express will be discontinued, with service merging with Route 110 University Express.
The route helps students, commuters and residents travel between downtown Mississauga, University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM), the Erin Mills community and Clarkson GO Station.

MiWay regularly reviews how customers use each route to match service with demand.

As students head back to school this fall, MiWay is bringing back service on routes that support school travel including:
A new route, 305 Streetsville SS, will also be introduced to provide service between Meadowvale Village and Streetsville Secondary School.
Additional trips on regular school routes will be reinstated and adjusted to match updated school bell times and provide more service for students before and after school periods.
MiWay is introducing platform changes at South Common Centre Bus Terminal and making schedule adjustments on select routes. These changes aim to improve safety and reliability across the transit network.
