Overview
One thousand residents 18 years and older will have an opportunity to share with Forum Research Inc. how they experience City programs and services. Participants will be asked about their thoughts on various topics, such as:
- Their overall satisfaction with municipal government
- Their quality of life in Mississauga
- The value they find in tax-funded programs and services
- How they want to generally communicate with the City
- Their experiences with the City’s customer service
Information collected from the survey will help inform the City’s budget and business planning process, including strategic investments for the future. Trend comparisons will be made to the previous years’ results.

The survey was completed in November 2025.
Survey results
The results will be published in a report used for 2026 budget discussions. You can review the results from previous Citizen Satisfaction Surveys.
