BL.09-CIT (All Wards) – Pressure Vessels and Grade Heights
The City of Mississauga is proposing to make changes to the following sections of the Zoning
By-law:
Definitions (new or amended) – gross floor area – infill residential, motor vehicle wash facility – commercial motor vehicle, motor vehicle facility – restricted, pressure container and void area.
General Provisions – to add new regulations regarding pressure containers, to amend the regulation regarding frontage on a street, to update the right-of-way width schedules, and to add regulations for accessory uses in transit terminals.
RM4 Zone (Townhouses) – to clarify the minimum lot line setbacks and to add setbacks for accessory buildings or structures.
RM9 & RM10 Zone (Back To Back and Stacked Townhouses) – to clarify the criteria for minimum sidewalk width.
RM11 Zone (Back To Back Townhouses on a CEC – Road) – to clarify minimum setbacks to side lot lines and the criteria for minimum sidewalk width.
