Fire Station 120 and Fairwinds Park are Officially Opening and You’re Invited

Residents and visitors alike are invited to attend two official openings on May 29 – the opening of Fire Station 120 and Fairwinds Park.

Event 1: Official Opening of Fire Station 120
12 to 12:30 p.m. (Official Ceremony)
12:30 to 1:30 p.m. (Fire station/truck tours)
125 Eglinton Ave. W., Mississauga, ON L5M 0P4

*Note: due to limited capacity in the fire station parking lot, please park in the Fairwinds Park parking lot or along Fairwind Drive.

Event 2: Official Opening of Fairwinds Park
2 to 2:30 p.m. (Official Ceremony)
2:30 to 5 p.m. (Pirate-themed community event)

Photo Opportunity:

Speakers and special guests will gather in front of the Fire Station 120 plaque and pirate play structure at Fairwinds Park.

In addition to the official ceremony, Sunday’s community celebration at Fairwinds Park will include a number of activities, such as a live pirate show, War of 1812 re-enactment and treats.
