What is a Human Library?
A Human Library is an event where readers can borrow Human Books. Human Books are volunteers willing to share their stories with others.
The Human Library provides an opportunity for readers to understand the similarities, differences and experiences of diverse individuals. It promotes tolerance, celebrates differences and encourages understanding of people with different cultural or lifestyle backgrounds.
