You can borrow sports equipment for free at select City parks.
We’ve partnered with EquipSport and Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities to install 30 sports equipment lockers at parks across Mississauga.
The lockers include different equipment, depending on location, and help make it easier to enjoy sports in your local park.
How to use the lockers
You must be 16 years of age or older to access and return equipment. There is no fee to download or use the app.
- Download the Equip Sport app for iOS Apple or Android (Google Play).
- Set up an account using basic information such as your name, email and phone number.
- Find a locker using the map in the app or table below.
- Select the item you want to use and open the locker from your mobile device.
- Play and return the equipment when you’re finished.
Report any equipment issues in the app. If you don’t return equipment, the email address associated with the session will no longer have access.
