The Debris and Anti Littering By-Law 219-85 and Property Standards By-law 654-98 prohibits the accumulation of litter and debris on all City or private property. City staff works to keep City property free of litter and dumped items. Litter, garbage or the accumulation of items on private property are to be removed by the property owner. To report litter, garbage and dumping on 400 series highways or ramps, call the Ministry of Transportation at 1-800-268-4686. For bagged household garbage meant for regular garbage pickup that was missed, put out early/late or garbage that is not contained on the boulevard call the Region of Peel at 905-791-9800.
This litter or dumping is not located in a park.
To report litter or dumping in a park call 3-1-1.
