Future park at M City

The future park at M City will feature two park blocks. One will have a playground, spray pad, adult fitness area, open picnic areas and event lawn, lit pathways, shade structures, trails, plantings and public art. The other will be a linear park with trees, ornamental elements, park furniture and a pedestrian walkway.

Overview

The future park at M City consists of two blocks. The larger block 9 is located at 3890 Quartz Road and the linear park block 10 is located at 3920 Quartz Road.

Both park blocks are undeveloped open space located in Ward 7 within the emergent high-density city-centre community currently under construction. The park blocks are separated by Soho Avenue.

The block 9 park will be a family park with various elements such as a playground, spray pad, adult fitness area, open picnic areas and event lawn, lit pathways, shade structures, trails, plantings and public art.

The block 10 will be a linear park with trees, ornamental elements, park furniture and a pedestrian walkway.
