Committee of Adjustment Minor Variance Application

Use this form to submit a minor variance application to the Committee of Adjustment.

Please be advised that the minor variance process doesn’t include a zoning review. We recommend getting a zoning review to ensure all variances are accurately identified in your application. Inaccurate or missing variances may result in additional fees and delays due to the requirement for a deferral or a second application.
