Debris and Anti Littering By law 0219 1985Dec 21, 2023This by-law was approved at Council on March 25, 1985.
By-law 0219-1985 prohibits the throwing, placing or depositing of refuse or debris on private property, or on property of the City or any local board thereof without authority from the owner or occupant of such property.
