To change the official plan and zoning to permit a six storey, 121 unit condominium apartment building fronting on McLaughlin Road and five detached homes fronting on Spinnaker Circle.
There is also a request to approve a proposed Plan of Subdivision consisting of seven blocks for the detached homes, apartment building and conservation buffer.
NOTE: These applications were appealed by the applicant to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) on December 20, 2020.
