The applicant is proposing to change the zoning to permit nine (9) freehold detached dwellings and thirteen (13) detached dwellings on a common element condominium road. A change to the official plan is also recommended. There is also a request to approve a proposed plan of subdivision for nine (9) detached dwelling lots and one (1) condominium block.
These applications were appealed by the applicant to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) on January 7, 2022. A case management conference has been scheduled for February 15, 2023 at 10:00 am.
