Cultural Festivals and Celebrations Grant

Apply for funding to support arts, heritage and cultural festivals or celebrations in Mississauga.

Who can apply

You can apply for this grant if your festival:

  • Operates on a not-for-profit basis and is governed by volunteers
  • Runs for one full day or a number of consecutive days
  • Takes place in Mississauga
  • Provides programming or services that are open to the public and publicized city-wide

The 2027 Cultural Festivals and Celebrations Grant program opens August 24, 2026. Applications must be submitted by October 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
