Property Taxes

The 2025 interim tax bills for properties enrolled in the City’s pre-authorized tax payment (PTP) program will be mailed by December 12 using an alternative courier delivery method. Property owners will receive their bills; however, due to the current volumes being handled by the courier, delivery may be closer to the end of December. Withdrawal of the 2025 PTP instalments will begin in January based on your chosen monthly withdrawal date. It is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient funds in their account prior to the withdrawal.
