Request to speak at Council or Committee meetings

We’ll need eight business days’ notice prior to the meeting you wish to speak at. Please use the Request to Speak form to register a deputation on a future agenda.

Should you wish to speak to a published agenda item after the agenda has been published, please contact the City staff listed on that agenda. Your request must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the meeting date.
