If you’re building a structure or converting an industrial unit to be used as a place of public worship, there are regulations on permitted locations, area and number of parking spaces required.
Check Uses Permitted in More Than One Zone Category in subsection 126.96.36.199 of the Zoning By-law.
The zoning of your property may have additional regulations. Review the general provisions, and then check the zoning regulations for your property using the property and zoning information map.
If something in the general provisions conflicts with the zoning regulations for your property, follow the zoning regulations.
