Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Only applications and payments received before 4:00 p.m. will be processed the same day. We will accept applications after 4:00 p.m. by cheque payment only and these will be processed the next business day.

Please note that Compliance, Business Licensing, Charity Lottery and Gaming is now located in one area, on the Ground Floor just inside the West doors of City Hall.

For an emergency after hours, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekends and holidays, please call 905-615-3000.
