A portion of property taxes collected is used to maintain City roads, parks, traffic signals, buses, fire trucks and other critical infrastructure, but we are still facing a funding shortfall.
Faraz Agha will be responsible for leading corporate business planning, the budget process, the City’s Long-Range Financial Plan, and city-wide financial services like accounts payable, investment management, accounting and financial reporting, and revenue and taxation.
