Lakeview Innovation District

Help the City determine the best way to shape the Lakeview Innovation District.

Overview

The creation of the Lakeview Innovation District is an opportunity to expand Mississauga’s entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. The Innovation District will ensure that Lakeview Village is a genuine complete community that balances employment and population.

The Lakeview Innovation District CIP was passed by Council on June 14, 2023 and the appeal period expired on July 12, 2023. No appeals were filed during this time, and the CIP is now in full force and effect.

The approved CIP, and all information and forms required to apply for incentives can be found below.
