Adopt a pet

Let Animal Services introduce you to your new best friend! These are some of the pets at our Animal Services Shelter, waiting to be taken home.

How to adopt

If you’re 18 years or older, you can adopt a pet from our Animal Services Shelter. Adopting a pet gives it the security of a permanent home and the care it deserves.

All you need to do is view the pets that are up for adoption on this page and give us a call to book an appointment. One of our team members will go through a pre-adoption interview and then set up a time to view the pet.

All family or household members will need to be reachable by phone at the time of adoption. Due to the new restrictions we can only allow one person from the same household in at a time to view the animal.

What’s included

  • Dogs and cats are spayed/neutered or have reduced spay/neuter fees
  • Dogs and cats receive a first-year licence
  • Dogs and cats come with a microchip implant, are dewormed and have received their first set of vaccinations (excluding rabies)

Type of pet Prices (not including HST and pet licence fee)
Dog / puppy $247.00
