2184 Oneida Crescent – OZ/OPA 26-10 W7 and 21T-M 26-1 W7

The applicant is proposing to change the official plan and zoning by-law to permit 8 detached dwellings (4 will be freehold dwellings and 4 will be common element condominium dwellings). The existing detached dwelling at 2184 Oneida Crescent is to remain. There is also a request to approve a proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision to facilitate the development.
