The By-law Enforcement section is responsible for enforcing the provisions of City by-laws relating to issues of land use, property maintenance and occupancy. It also is responsible for the issuance of Certificates of Approval and inspection of issues related to swimming pool enclosures. This office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information, refer to the complete alphabetical listing of the City of Mississauga By-Laws or dial 3-1-1 (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). If calling outside of City limits, please dial 905-615-4311. For an emergency after hours (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekends and holidays), please call 905-615-3000.
